摘要
眩晕是一种病因多样的临床常见疾病,《内经》指出“诸风掉眩,皆属于肝”,为后世医家论治眩晕提供了宝贵的指导意见。湖湘名医郭志华教授在此基础上加以发挥,分别从肝阳上亢、肝脾不足、肝肾阴虚三个证型进行论治,临床过程中,精准辨证,对证处方,多获良效。
Dizziness is a common clinical disease with various causes.The Neijing points out that "the winds are dizzy,all belong to the liver",which provides valuable guidance for many doctors to treat vertigo.Professor Guo Zhihua of Huxiang famous doctor played on this basis and from the three types of syndromes:liver yang,liver and spleen deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency.In the clinical process,through the accurate differentiation of syndromes,the prescriptions have obtained a lot of good results.
