摘要
目的:观察奥美拉唑联合FOLFOX方案应用于Ⅱ、Ⅲ期结肠癌根治术后辅助化疗的疗效。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年12月70例II、III期结肠癌根治术术后患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组35例,在FOLFOX方案的前提下,联合奥美拉唑40mg,静脉滴注3d,Bid。对照组35例,单独进行化疗治疗(FOLFOX方案)。比较两组治疗有效率、生活质量改善率、不良反应发生率。结果:①与对照组对比,观察组治疗有效率明显更高,P<0.05。②与对照组对比,观察组生活质量改善率明显更高,P<0.05。③观察组和对照组不良反应发生率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:对II、III期结肠癌根治术术后使用奥美拉唑和FOLFOX联合治疗,可以提高疗效,有利于改善生活质量。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of omeprazole combined with FOLFOX regimen in adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of stage II and III colon cancer. Methods: 70 patients with stage II and III colon cancer after radical surgery from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and observation group 35 patients in FOLFOX program. Under the premise, combined omeprazole 40mg, intravenous infusion for 3 days, Bid. 35 patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone (FOLFOX regimen). The treatment efficiency, quality of life improvement rate, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:①Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly more effective,P<0.05.②Compared with the control group, the improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher, P<0.05.③There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group, P>0.05. Conclusion: The combination of omeprazole and FOLFOX in patients with stage II and III colon cancer after radical surgery can effectively improve the efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients.
