摘要
多电机协同控制系统在印刷机、造纸机以及高速列车牵引等工业领域中都有着广泛的应用.首先,介绍了多电机协同控制的发展现状以及研究意义.其次,分别介绍了并行控制、主从控制、交叉耦合控制、虚拟主轴控制等多电机协同控制策略的结构,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下对其进行仿真比较研究.根据不同控制策略的响应特点,总结最适合生产系统的控制方法.
Multi-motor cooperative control system was applied to printing machine,paper machine,traction of high speed train and so on.In this paper,first of all,the development status and research significance of multi-motor cooperative control are introduced.What′s more,the structure and characteristics of multi-motor cooperative control strategies such as parallel control,master-slave control,cross-coupling control and virtual spindle control are introduced respectively.They are simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.According to the response characteristics of different control strategies,the most suitable control methods for production system are summarized.
