摘要
目的对综合护理应用于糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者术后的效果进行分析。方法选取自2016年1月—2019年1月期间该院接收的30例糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者作为实验对象,进行手术治疗。随机将30例分为实验组与对照组,术后对对照组进行常规护理,对实验组进行综合护理。结果护理后,实验组患者血糖水平、焦虑、抑郁评分情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够明显提高糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者术后的护理效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Thirty patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage received from our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled as surgical subjects. Thirty patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. After the operation,the control group was routinely treated and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. Results After the nursing,the blood glucose level,anxiety and depression scores in the expevimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the postoperative nursing effect of diabetic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
