摘要
目的分析剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化的影响因素。方法回顾性分析自2016年1月1日至2018年12月31日于解放军901医院行剖宫产的1 586例产妇的临床资料。按照切口愈合情况,将产妇分入甲级愈合组(n=1 545)与脂肪液化组(n=41)。比较两组产妇的年龄、分娩次数、体质量指数、破膜时间、手术时长、剖宫产类型、贫血及失血量情况,分析切口脂肪液化的影响因素。结果两组产妇的年龄及贫血情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);分娩次数、体质量指数、破膜时间、手术时长、剖宫产类型、失血量情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇的分娩次数、体质量指数、破膜时间、手术时长、剖宫产类型及失血量情况均是剖宫产术后切口发生脂肪液化的影响因素。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of abdominal incision fat liquefaction after cesarean section.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 1 586 cases of single-birth puerperal who underwent cesarean section from January 1 st,2016 to December 31 th,2018.According to the wound healing situation,the parturients were divided into the class A healing group(n=1 545)and the fat liquefaction group(n=41).Age,times of delivery,body mass index,time of rupture,duration of operation,type of cesarean section,anemia and blood loss were compared between the two groups,and the influencing factors of incision fat liquefaction were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in age and anemia between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the number of deliveries,body mass index,time of rupture of membranes,duration of operation,type of cesarean section and blood loss(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of times of delivery,body mass index,time of rupture of membrane,duration of operation,type of cesarean section and blood loss are all the influencing factors of fat liquefaction in incision after cesarean section.
