通过憎水振动表面常压连续制备二氧化硅气凝胶球填料 被引量:2

Continuous Preparation of Silica Aerogel Spheres Filler under Ambient Pressure Using Hydrophobic Vibrating Surface

摘要 以硅溶胶为低成本前驱体,采用滴落法,通过憎水振动表面常压干燥连续制备了SiO2气凝胶球填料,分析了溶胶液滴受力。结果表明:所制备的气凝胶球圆度值更接近1,气凝胶球更接近球形。体系凝胶时间可控制在30 min以内,气凝胶球粒径为1~6 mm,圆度值≤1.3,样品的表观密度为0.152~0.186 g/cm^3,比表面积为387~481 m^2/g。随着硅水比的增大,气凝胶球密度总体增大。样品具有连续多孔网络结构和优异的疏水性。当硅水比(质量比)为0.03时,气凝胶骨架上可接枝最多的三甲基硅氧烷,疏水角达155°,并连续稳定成球。 Silica aerogel spheres were prepared via dropping the precursor on a hydrophobic vibrating surface under ambient pressure drying. The force analysis and measured results show that the roundness value of silica aerogel spheres is closer to an unity. Silica aerogel spheres are more spherical. Gel time of the system can be controlled within 30 min. The diameters of silica aerogel spheres are1–6 mmandthe roundness value is ≤1.3. The apparent density is 0.152–0.186 g/cm^3 and the specific surface area is 387–481 m^2/g. The density of aerogel increases as silica sol-water ratio(SiO2/H2O in mass ratio)increases. The sample has a continuous porous network structure and an excellent hydrophobicity. When SiO2/H2O ratio reaches 0.03, the spherical aerogel grafts with the maximum amount of trimethyl siloxane group,being a super-hydrophobic state at a water contact angle of 155°.
