基于层次分析法-云重心理论组合方法的游艇驿站选址问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 游艇驿站的前期选址工作直接影响到后期驿站的运营安全、经济效益、服务质量等方面,需要采用科学的方法进行评估和决策。综合考虑影响游艇驿站选址的相关约束条件,建立游艇驿站选址规划评估指标体系,提出基于层次分析法-云重心理论组合的游艇驿站选址规划评估方法,对各评估指标进行处理并建立相应的云模型,应用加权偏离度来评判游艇驿站地址偏离理想状态的程度,并输入评测云发生器给出评估结果,据此对备选站址优劣进行排序,最终确定最佳站址。以某地区4个备选游艇驿站站址为例进行计算可知:该方法能够较全面地考虑游艇驿站选址的相关因素,综合处理定量指标和定性指标,从而确定游艇驿站的最优建设地址,为游艇驿站选址规划提供科学依据。 For the construction of yacht station,the sitting of station of yacht is very important to the operation safety ,economic benefit,the service quality,etc.So it is necessary to use scientific method for the evaluation and decision of station of yacht sitting.Comprehensively considering the related factors of the post station sitting,the evaluation index system for the sitting of station was constructed,the planning evaluation method based on the AHP and the cloud focus theory was proposed,and quantitative index and qualitative index was used to process and build corresponding cloud models,respectively.The weighting deviation degree was introduced to judge the deviation degree of post station from the ideal position,and the assessment results could be obtained according to the remark set.Taking four alternative locations of post station as examples,the calculation results show that the proposed method can comprehensively consider the related factors of the post station sitting and process quantitative index and qualitative index,then the optimal location of station was determined,which can provide scientific basis for post station sitting planning.
