摘要
林木作物涂刷石灰水对防治虫害及防冻意义重大.本文基于SolidWorks开发一套自适应式智能树干涂刷装置,并进行受力及强度分析,旨在克服人工涂白中存在的效率低、质量差等缺点.该自适应式智能树干涂刷装置采用模块化设计,具有较高的稳定性及自适应能力,集成可编程控制系统、储压式供液系统、运动系统,能够自动进行树径测量及智能选夹,完成360°环抱喷涂的涂刷,具有节能及避免风机疲劳损坏等优点,满足不同工况下树干涂刷的工艺要求.
Forest crops are susceptible to insect pests under natural conditions. Therefore, it is of great significance to brush whitewash over tree trunk. This article designs a set of intelligent trunk brushing device based on SolidWorks, which can operation in various terrain environments. It calculates stress and analysis strength of crucial component in this intelligent trunk brushing device. The purpose is to overcome the disadvantages of low efficiency, poor quality, and large body injuries for workers that exist in artificial tree whitening. This intelligent trunk brushing device with high stability is modulator designed, integrate control system based PLC and fluid feeding system by pressure energy stored, can measure the diameter of trees automatically and brush whitewash over tree trunk all-around. This intelligent trunk brushing device is energy-efficient, can avoid damage of fan fatigue and meet craft requirement of brushing trunk.
