摘要
水电站工程的特点是规模大、工期长、占用场地广、机械化程度高、施工期对环境影响较大。面对厄瓜多尔政府对环境保护工作的高标准和严要求,做好施工期的环境保护工作不仅关系到企业的切身利益,更是关系到企业发展声誉。根据厄瓜多尔德尔西水电站施工环保管理实践,思考在厄瓜多尔水电站施工过程中开展环保管理工作应注意的要点。
Hydropower projects are featured by large scale, long construction period, large occupied area, high degree of mechanization, and great impact on the environment during the construction period. In the face of the high standards and strict requirements of the Ecuadorian government for environmental protection, the environmental protection work during the construction period is not only related to the vital interests of the construction enterprises, but also related to the development and reputation of the enterprises. According to the environmental management practice during construction of Delsi Hydropower Station in Ecuador, the key aspects of environmental management during construction of Delsi Hydropower Station in Ecuador are deliberated.
