摘要
针对某电厂2号机组近2个月一次调频考核增多问题进行系统分析,存在一次调频逻辑设计不完善、部分参数设置不准确、汽轮机调节门流量特性不佳等问题。通过对一次调频逻辑及调节门流量特性优化,机组负荷响应速率得到改善,负荷补偿量不足的被考核次数明显减少。
Aiming at analyzing the primary frequency modulation assessment appeared more problems of 2 unit in a thermal powerplant in the recent two month,it had the imperfection logic of frequency modulation,the inappropriate configuration on some parameters,the poor performance of flow characteristic and so on.Through the logic of the frequency modulation and the optimaztion of the valve flow characteristic,the response rate of unit load was improved.The number of assessmented times with insufficient load compensation was significantly reduced.
