摘要
为研究轴向倾斜缝对转子叶尖泄漏涡的非定常控制作用,采用瞬时叶片排数值模拟方法对带不同数量轴向倾斜缝的Rotor 67转子进行非定常数值模拟。结果表明,轴向倾斜缝能有效扩宽转子的稳定工作范围;轴向倾斜缝缝数应使其通过频率与预测的转子叶尖泄漏涡非定常脉动频率相近为宜;当加入轴向倾斜缝这一结构激励源后,叶尖泄漏涡不再表现出自身的脉动频率,而只以轴向倾斜缝的激励频率为主频进行脉动;在小流量工作区间,越接近失速点,轴向倾斜缝对于叶尖泄漏涡的控制作用越强,叶尖泄漏涡的压力脉动也越剧烈。
In order to study unsteady flow control of axial skewed slots on compressor tip leakage vortex,transient blade row method was used to perform unsteady simulation of Rotor 67 with different axial skewed slots patterns. The results show that axial skewed slots could help enlarge the stable operation range. The number of axial skewed slots should make its passing frequency close to the forecasting fluctuating frequency of tip leakage vortex. When axial skewed slot casing treatment is used, the tip leakage vortex does not show the frequency of itself, and only gives the characteristic frequency of the axial skewed slots. When the operating condition is approaching stall point at low mass flow range, the flow control effect of axial skewed slots on tip leakage vortex becomes stronger and the pressure amplitude of tip leakage vortex becomes stronger.
