摘要
概述与分析棉纺织科技发展现状,就纤维原料和加工技术等方面的研究现状及新产品的开发进行了介绍和论述,在此基础上对棉纺织科技发展趋势作出分析与展望。认为棉纺织科技将在纤维原料的差别化与多功能的组合、纺纱的无人值守与短流程化和织造的自动化等方面取得突破,推进棉纺织的智能制造与绿色生产仍是棉纺行业生产效益综合提升的重要途径。
Development status of cotton textile technology was summarized and analyzed.Research situation of fiber materials&processing technology and development of new products were introduced and discussed.On this basis,development trend of cotton textile technology was analyzed and forecasted.It is considered that breakthrough of cotton textile technology can be made in the usage of the differentiation and multi-functional combination fibers,unattended spinning,shorter spinning process and automatic weaving.Promoting the intelligent manufacturing and green production of cotton textile is still an important way to comprehensively improve production efficiency of cotton spinning industry.
