摘要
本文提出了模块化预制舱的概念,对其结构进行了介绍。提出了模块化预制舱的设计方法,并按照设计方法对模块化预制舱进行了设计。对模块化预制舱模型进行了简化,基于ANSYS Workbench仿真分析软件对简化模型进行了吊装工况和12级风工况下的仿真分析。分析结果表明,模块化预制舱在吊装工况和抗击12级风工况下的应力在允许范围内,并且整体变形较小,不会发生屈服破坏。最后对模块化预制舱实物进行吊装、侧倾和公路运输工况的试验。试验结果表明,按照上述设计方法得到的模块化预制舱整体强度和刚度较好、性能可靠,可以满足使用要求,从而验证了本文中设计方法的科学性和有效性。
In this paper,the concept of modular prefabricated cabin is put forward.The design method of the modular prefabricated tank is put forward,and the modular prefabricated cabin is designed and calculated according to the design method.The modular prefabricated tank model is simplified,and the simplified model is analyzed and calculated on hoisting working condition and 12 level wind conditions.The conclusion can be obtained by analysis of simulation results as follows:The stress of the modular prefabricated cabin under the conditions of lifting and force 12 wind are within the allowable range,and the overall deformation is small,which means the modular prefabricated cabin will not destroyed.Finally,the modular prefabricated tank was tested on conditions of lifting,roll and highway transportation.Test results show that the modular prefabricated cabin designed according to the above design method is in a good strength and stiffness,reliable performance and can meet the application requirements.Which verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the design method in this paper.
