综掘巷道抽、压组合的通风系统布置参数及效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决恒源煤业151303综掘巷道原通风方式下掘进迎头粉尘浓度过高的问题,拟采用抽、压组合的通风系统来降低迎头煤尘浓度,并进对风筒的布置参数进行研究。通过研究发现:压风筒筒口距离掘进迎头13m时,抽风筒固定于综掘机距迎头4m的位置处的除尘效果最佳。现场实测发现在采取了合理的综合降尘措施后,掘进工作面煤尘浓度下降了约89%,可以满足正常安全的掘进此巷道。 In order to solve the problem of excessive dust concentration in the original ventilation mode of the 151303 comprehensive roadway of Hengyuan Coal Mine, it is proposed to use the combined ventilation and pressure system to reduce the concentration of coal dust in the head, and to study the layout parameters of the air duct. Through research, it is found that when the pressure cylinder mouth is 13m away from the heading, the dust extraction cylinder is fixed at the position where the comprehensive excavator is 4m away from the head, and the dust removal effect is best. On-site measurement found that after taking reasonable comprehensive dust reduction measures, the coal dust concentra tion in the heading face decreased by about 89%, which can meet the normal and safe tunneling.
