摘要
本系统采用PLC综合技术实现对液体的均匀度测控,用定量罐完成定比配送,用主从电机对液体进行搅拌,通过高低液位电导率传感器测量的数值来反映液体的混合均匀度,取其测量数值的平均数与设定数比较,将结果送给2DA模块,进行V/F控制实现变频器对搅拌电机的调速控制,即均匀度越高电机转速就越低,并通过实际装置的检验达到高效、节能与智能化的搅拌效果。
The system adopts PLC comprehensive technology to realize the measurement and control of the uniformity of the liquid,completes the fixed ratio distribution with the quantitative tank,stirs the liquid with the master-slave motor,and reflects the mixing uniformity of the liquid by the value measured by the high and low liquid level conductivity sensor.The average of the measured values is compared with the set number,and the result is sent to the 2DA module,and the V/F control is performed to realize the speed control of the frequency converter to the stirring motor,that is,the higher the uniformity,the lower the motor speed,and the actual device is passed.The inspection achieves efficient,energy-saving and intelligent mixing.
