摘要
近十年以来,关于侨乡近代建筑的研究已有不少,但较少有学者将“近代华侨工业建筑”作为一个单独对象开展历史研究。这些历史资料具有重要价值,但由于社会关注度不够等问题正在快速流失,老旧废弃的华侨工厂也面临拆除的危机。因此,以闽南近代华侨工业建筑为研究对象,通过对闽南近代华侨工业建筑产生背景、影响因素、发展阶段的梳理、总结和对闽南近代华侨工业建筑的普查、统计,从而推进和完善闽南侨乡近代工业建筑的相关研究,同时为当代的闽南地区侨乡工业建筑转型优化提供参考,为当代工业建筑设计提供新的创作思路和方向。
In the past ten years, there have been many researches on the modern architecture of overseas Chinese hometown, but few scholars take the "modern industrial architecture of overseas Chinese" as a single object to carry out historical research. These historical materials are of great value, but due to the lack of social attention and other issues are rapidly running away, the old abandoned overseas Chinese factories are also facing the demolition crisis. Therefore, taking the modern overseas Chinese industrial buildings in southern Fujian as the research object, through sorting out and summarizing the background, influencing factors and development stages of the modern overseas Chinese industrial buildings in southern Fujian, and making a general survey and Statistics of the modern overseas Chinese industrial buildings in southern Fujian, to promote and perfect the research on modern industrial architecture of overseas Chinese hometown in South Fujian, and provide reference for the transformation and optimization of industrial architecture of overseas Chinese hometown in South Fujian, and provide new creative ideas and direction for the design of contemporary industrial architecture.
