摘要
首先分析了环境污染源数据类型及特征和环境污染源防治管理现状;然后,结合环境污染源管理工作特点和大数据技术,研究了基于大数据的环境污染源防治管理模型,提出模型架构并对数据监测、数据汇集、数据传输、数据处理、标准执行和决策应用等关键技术进行研究;最后,以某市为例,阐述了本管理模型的实践情况。应用实践表明,基于大数据的环境污染源防治管理模型能够提高污染源防治工作效率和管理水平,有效改善环境质量。
This paper first analyzes the types and characteristics of environmental pollution sources and the status quo of environmental pollution source prevention and control. Then, combined with the characteristics of environmental pollution source management and big data technology, this paper studies the management model of environmental pollution source based on big data, proposes model architecture and data monitoring, Key technologies such as data collection, data transmission, data processing, standard execution and decision-making applications are studied. Finally, a city is taken as an example to illustrate the practice of this management model. The application practice shows that the big data-based environmental pollution source prevention and management model can improve the efficiency and management level of pollution source prevention and control, and effectively improve the environmental quality.
