Corrosion Wear Behavior and Performance Improvement of Medical Ti6Al4V Alloy

摘要 医用Ti6Al4V合金因其优异的力学性能与良好的生物相容性被广泛用于医用植入材料,但植入人体后,存在腐蚀、磨损及二者耦合行为,因此对Ti6Al4V合金进行表面改性具有重要意义。阐述了钛合金植入物腐蚀、磨损及相互耦合机理,对提高医用Ti6Al4V合金耐腐蚀、耐磨损的表面改性技术进行了调查,并开展了激光冲击强化技术对医用Ti6Al4V合金腐蚀、磨损及腐蚀磨损耦合行为的研究,展望了改善医用钛合金植入物腐蚀磨损行为的发展趋势。 Medical Ti6Al4V alloy is widely used as a kind of medical implant material because of its excellent mechanical properties and biological properties. Nonetheless,the corrosion,wear and the coupling behavior occured when it′s implanted into the human body,so the surface modification of Ti6Al4V alloy is of great significance. This paper describes the coupling mechanism of corrosion,wear and their coupling behavior,and investigates on surface modification technology for improving corrosion resistance and wear resistance of medical Ti6Al4V alloy,simultaneously studies on corrosion,wear and their coupling behavior of medical Ti6Al4V alloy by laser shock processing. Finally,the development trend of improving the corrosion and wear behavior of medical titanium alloy implants is prospected.
