摘要
以五模块低地板有轨电车为研究对象,介绍了该车列车网络控制系统、制动系统和制动力分配方法。针对该车在停车过程中采取的电液制动转换方案,进行了探讨和分析,并对列车网络控制程序进行了优化。根据试验实际情况,优化了关键参数值,成功实现了车辆在停车制动工况下平稳停车,解决了车辆冲击率问题,满足了设计要求,验证了方案可行。
This paper takes five-module low floor tram as the research object, and introduces the train network control system,braking system and braking force distribution methods.Aiming at the electro-hydraulic braking conversion scheme adopted in the process of parking, this paper discusses and analyses the scheme, and optimizes the train network control program.According to the actual situation of vehicle test, the key parameters were optimized, and the vehicle parked smoothly under service braking conditions was successfully realized, the vehicle impact rate problem was solved, the design requirements were met, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.
