摘要
目的探讨思维导图引导癌痛护理对晚期肺癌化疗患者的干预效果。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月间武汉市第一医院收治的100例晚期肺癌疼痛患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理结合常规止痛药,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用思维导图引导癌痛护理,比较两组患者疼痛情况及康复情况。结果护理前,两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。护理后,两组患者VAS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。护理前,两组患者康复质量各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。护理后,研究组躯体症状、心理情况及康复情况评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论结合思维导图引导癌痛护理能有效提高患者对癌痛相关知识的认知,改善生活质量。
Objective To study the intervention efficacy of mind mapping guided cancer pain nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced lung cancer pain treated at First Hospital of Wuhan from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group. Patients in the observation group were given mind mapping-guided cancer pain nursing besides routine nursing. Patients were given routine nursing combined with routine analgesics. Pain and rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in visual analog scoring( VAS) scores between the two groups( P >0. 05). After nursing,the VAS scores in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the VAS scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Before nursing,there were no significant difference in physical symptoms,psychological status and rehabilitation score between the study group and the control group( P > 0. 05). After nursing,the scores of somatic symptoms,psychological conditions and rehabilitation in the study group were significantly higher than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Mind mapping guided cancer pain nursing can effectively improve patients’ knowledge of cancer pain,improve patients’ quality of life,and has high clinical value.
