摘要
基于乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术应用于下面层,为建立在同等路面使用性能状况下该技术与传统热拌沥青混合料面层厚度的等效关系,参考辽宁省多条干线公路现场调研资料,以计算得到的路面损坏状况指数(PCI)为评价标准,在已有路面使用性能衰变方程研究成果的基础上,将使用年限、交通荷载、面层厚度作为影响因素,借助MATLAB、1stopt等软件对已有衰变方程进行简化,同时利用麦夸特法等算法进行优化,求得各变量的定量关系,得到等效厚度系数0.587,即10cm的乳化沥青厂拌冷再生路面使用性能等效于传统热拌沥青混合料6cm,为道路养护及维修提供理论依据。
Based on the emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling technology applied to the lower surface layer,in order to establish the equivalent relationship between the technology and the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture surface layer thickness under the same conditions of pavement performance,refer to the site investigation data of many trunk roads in Liaoning Province.The calculated pavement damage condition index(PCI)is used as the evaluation standard.Based on the research results of existing performance decay equations for pavements,the service life,traffic load,and surface thickness are used as influencing factors,and software such as MATLAB and 1stopt is used.The decay equation has been simplified.At the same time,we use the algorithm such as the Marquardt method to optimize,obtain the quantitative relationship of each variable,and obtain the equivalent thickness coefficient of 0.587,The performance of 10 cm emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling pavement is equivalent to 6cm of traditional hot mix asphalt,which provides a theoretical basis for road maintenance and maintenance.
