摘要
目的探讨经剑突下胸前切除术在胸腺上皮肿瘤外科治疗中的临床价值。方法选我院2012年1月—2018年6月行胸腺切除术病例108例,按手术方式分为剑突下切口组46例和经胸切口组62例,记录2组临床资料,比较2组围手术期指标和术后视觉疼痛评分(VAS)和主诉疼痛评分(VRS)。结果剑突下切口组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后带管时间、术后引流量、术后住院日、术后并发症发生率低于经胸切口组(P<0.05)。剑突下切口组术后VAS和VRS疼痛评分均低于经胸切口组(P<0.05)。结论经剑突下切口比经胸切口在胸腺上皮肿瘤的外科微创治疗中安全可行,有明显优势。
Objective To study clinical value of thoracectomy under xiphoid bone in surgical treatment of thymic epithelial tumors(TET).Methods A total of 108 patients undergoing TET resection during January 2012 and June 2018 were divided into sub-xiphoid incision group(n=46)and intercostal incision group(n=62)according to operative Methods.In two groups,clinical data was recorded,and perioperative indexes,postoperative visual pain score(VAS)and verbal rating scale(VRS)were compared.Results Operative time,intraoperative volume of bleeding,postoperative time of reserving catheter,postoperative volume of drainage,postoperative duration of hospital stay and incidence rate of postoperative complications in sub-xiphoid incision group were significantly lower than those in intercostal incision group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with those by intercostal incision,sub-xiphoid incision is safe and feasible with more advantages in minimally invasive surgical treatment of thymic epithelial tumors.
