并网光伏电站LVRT特性对升压变压器继电保护的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Station with Low Voltage Ride-Through Capability on Step-Up Transformer Relay Protection

摘要 并网光伏电站具备低电压穿越能力,对光伏电站的故障电流特性起决定性作用,给电网继电保护造成影响。基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建光伏电站并网模型,研究光伏系统的故障电流特性;针对光伏电站升压变压器的继电保护配置方案,分析光伏电站对其动作特性的影响。仿真结果表明,在故障初期,二次谐波制动会短暂闭锁差动保护,同时光伏电站的无功电流会降低保护灵敏度;光伏电站容量增大,保护灵敏度也有所增大。 The low voltage ride-through capability plays a decisive role in the characteristic of failure current in grid-connected photovoltaic power station and has impacts on the grid relay protection.A model of photovoltaic power station connected with the grid was built on PSCAD/EMTDC,and the failure current characteristics were studied.Aiming at the configuration scheme of relay protection of the step-up transformer,this paper analyzed the influence of photovoltaic power station on its performance characteristics.The simulation results show that the secondary harmonics braking will temporarily close the differential protection at the beginning of the fault.The reactive current in a photovoltaic power station will reduce the sensitivity of the protection.The capacity of photovoltaic power station increases and the sensitivity of the protection increases accordingly.
