摘要
目的:探讨综合疗法对于3~13岁弱视儿童的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2013年5月至2016年7月在我院就诊的弱视儿童235例(331眼),给予弱视综合治疗包括屈光矫正、药物、遮盖、眼部按摩、多媒体自律光盘、弱视训练仪等。结果:综合弱视治疗方法的有效率为97.28%,治愈率为87.92%。轻中度弱视组在治愈率和有效率上均优于重度弱视组,2组治愈率和有效率上差异无统计学意义;屈光不正性弱视组与屈光参差性弱视组在治愈率和有效率上均优于斜视性弱视组,屈光不正性弱视组和屈光参差性弱视组在治愈率上差异无统计学意义,但有效率上前者优于后者;3~6岁弱视组与7~9岁弱视组在治愈率和有效率上均优于10~13岁弱视组,但3~6岁弱视组与7~9岁弱视组在治愈率和有效率上差异无统计学意义。结论:弱视综合疗法,对于低年龄段、轻中度弱视治疗效果好,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the treatment method for clinical treatment of amblyopia in children aged 3-13 years old. Method: A total of 235 children(331eyes) from May 2013 to Jul 2016 were given the comprehensive treatment including refractive glasses, medication, cover, eye massage, multimedia disc, amblyopia training instrument. Results: After the comprehensive treatment, the efficiency rate was 97.28% and the cure rate was 87.92%. For the mild and moderate amblyopia group, the cure rate and the effective rate were superior to the severe amblyopia group, the cure rate and the effective rate in the ametropic amblyopia and the anisometropic amblyopia group was superior to the strabismic amblyopia group. The effective rate of the ametropic amblyopia group was superior to the anisometropic amblyopia group, there was no significant difference in cure rate between the two groups. The cure rate and the effective rate in the 3-6 years old group and the 7-9 years old group were superior to that in the 10-13 year old group, but there was no significant difference between the 3-6 years old group and the 7-9 years old group. Conclusion: Comprehensive method is useful for young patients with mild and moderate amblyopia, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
