摘要
培养解决实际生产和技术问题的卓越农林人才是当前农林业发展的迫切需要,也是农业院校的职责。为此,河北北方学院农学专业通过改革培养方案、增加实践教学比例、强化实践教学平台建设、建立校企合作新机制、巩固和扩大学生实训基地以及建设高素质的教学团队等措施,探索人才培养新模式。经过多年的改革和实践,农学专业形成了系统、完整和具体的人才培养机制,培养了大批卓越农林人才,在毕业生就业适应性和竞争力方面取得显著成效。
It is an urgent need for the development of agriculture and forestry to cultivate excellent agro-forestry talents with the expertise in solving practical production and technical problems.By means of reforming the education program,increasing the proportion of practical teaching,strengthening the construction of practical teaching platform,establishing a new mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,consolidating training bases,and building a teaching team of high quality,the agronomy major in Hebei North University explores a new talent cultivation mode.After years of reform and practice,the agronomy major has established a systematic,complete and detailed talent cultivation mechanism,cultivated a group of excellent agro-forestry talents,and achieved significant results in the adaptability and competitiveness of graduates.
