摘要
中日友好医院按照国家卫生健康委创建“模范单位”实施方案要求,全面开展创建工作,实现了医院党建和业务工作的高质量融合发展。阐述了公立医院建设“模范单位”的背景和意义,分析了建设工作面临的挑战和问题。在此基础上介绍了中日友好医院从坚持落实党委领导下的院长负责制、注重总结和推广党建工作中行之有效的工作方法、积极主动落实医改各项政策等方面建设“模范单位”的具体实践和初步成效。
According to the requirement of building model institute by National Health Commission,China-Japan Friendship Hospital has got great effectiveness by integrating party building and medical care provision.The means and background of building model institute of public hospital have been discussed.Problems and challenges also have been analyzed.Practice and effectiveness on aspects of implementing hospital president responsibility system under the leading of party committee,party building methods and active implementing healthcare reform policy in China-Japan Friendship Hospital are introduced.
