摘要
为了解决前期造型与工程分析中出现的问题,有效控制总布置的设计目标,典型断面的设计分析成为一种必要手段,并且在整车开发的前期阶段占据十分重要的作用,贯穿于从车身油腻模型制作开始到整车结构设计完成的整个过程.典型断面不仅可以实现对尺寸、视野等的分析,还把诸多的校核内容都融合到其中,通过对主要零部件的可行性进行布置和分析,进而可以确定搭接关系和安装方式,建立内部设计与外表面之间的有机联系,最终达成总布置的设计要求。
In order to solve the problems arising from the earlier stage of modeling and engineering analysis, and control the layout target, the analysis of typical sections has became a necessary method ,and It will run through the greasy model to the vehicles structure design. The typical sections can not only analyze the dimension, vision, etc., but also can check many different content. Through the feasibility of the layout and analysis of the main parts, we can determine the relationship and installation methods, then establish the relations between the interior design and external surface, and finally conclude the design requirements.
