摘要
目的研究共情护理对抑郁症患者抑郁情绪及生活功能的改善作用。方法90例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予共情护理干预。对比两组患者护理3个月后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及生活功能指标评分。结果护理3个月后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分分别为(34.51±3.24)、(33.40±3.72)分,均低于对照组的(45.21±5.12)、(48.34±4.81)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者认知功能、社会功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者采用共情护理模式更能缓解负面情绪,并且有利于其生活功能的改善,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To study the effect of empathy nursing in improving depression and living function of depressive patients. Methods A total of 90 depressive patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received empathy nursing on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on selfrating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS) score and living function index score after 3 months of nursing between the two groups. Results After 3 months of nursing, the observation group had lower SAS and SDS score respectively as(34.51±3.24) and(33.40±3.72) points than(45.21±5.12) and(48.34±4.81) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had higher cognitive function, social function, role function score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Empathy nursing model for depressive patients can alleviate negative emotions better, and is conducive to the improvement of their life function. It contains clinical significance.
