摘要
以地理国情监测数据为基础,结合规划一张图数据库,通过空间数据分析和提取来构建城市建设用地动态变化数据库,并以江门市为例,探索在GIS支撑下利用规划评估指标及模型进行建设用地动态评估的技术与方法。
This paper constructs a dynamic database of urban construction land through spatial data analysis and extraction based on the monitoring data of national geographical conditions and the incorporation of Planning-in-A-Single-Map database. Jiangmen City is used to explore the techniques and methods for dynamic assessment of construction land with the help of GIS-based planning evaluation indicators and models.
