摘要
中药蝉花为麦角菌科真菌大蝉草的分生孢子阶段即蝉棒束孢菌及其寄主山蝉幼虫的干燥体。蝉花之名始见于南北朝刘宋时期雷敩的《雷公炮炙论》,古本草已对蝉花的外观性状、产地及功效进行了描述,并对品质有了初步的评价。蝉花化学成分主要有多糖、核苷类、麦角甾醇、脂肪酸及多球壳菌素等;药理作用主要有抗惊厥、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保护肾脏,对免疫功能和造血功能均有影响。
Isaria Cicadae Miquel is the dry part of the conidia stage of the ergot fungus Cordyceps cicadae Shing and its host larvae. The Chinese name Chanhua was first seen in Leixiao's Lei Gong Pao Zhi Lun in the Southern Song Dynasty, and the ancient herbal medicine has described its appearance, origin and efficacy, and has preliminarily evaluated its quality. The main chemical components are polysaccharide, nucleoside, ergosterol, fatty acid and polyglobulin. Pharmacological effects mainly include anti-convulsion, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, protection of kidney and effects on immune function and hematopoietic function.
