摘要
目的评估丹参穴位注射结合皮肤修复敷料,对轻中度痤疮患者治疗的效果,以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法我院2017年5月-2018年5月,收治了110例轻中度痤疮患者,结合患者入院编号予以分组,分为观察组(入院尾号单数)55例、对照组(入院尾号双数)55例。观察组采用丹参穴位注射结合皮肤修复敷料,对照组采用皮肤修复敷料,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率92.73%,对照组的治疗总有效率78.18%,P<0.05。治疗后,两组各项生活质量评分、痤疮症状评分相比较,P<0.05。结论轻中度痤疮治疗中,应用丹参穴位注射结合皮肤修复敷料治疗,可获得较好的临床效果,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza acupoint injection plus skin repair dressing on mild to moderate acne patients and its effect on their quality of life.Methods110 patients with mild to moderate acne were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018.They were divided into observation group(singular number of admission end)and control group(even number of admission end).The observation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza acupoint injection plus skin repair dressing,while the control group was treated with skin repair dressing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%,and that of the control group was 78.18%,P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of quality of life and acne symptoms in the two groups were compared,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of mild to moderate acne,danshen acupoint injection plus skin repair dressing can achieve better clinical effect,improve the quality of life of patients.
