水胶体敷料溃疡贴与碘伏治疗Ⅲ期压力性损伤的效果观察 被引量:6

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Hydrocolloid Ulcer Dressing and Iodophor on Ⅲ Period of Stress Injury

摘要 目的比较水胶体敷料溃疡贴与碘伏对Ⅲ期压力性损伤的治疗效果,以探讨一种简便、有效的治疗Ⅲ期压力性损伤的方法。方法将112例Ⅲ期压力性损伤患者随机分为两组,观察组60例,对照组52例,两组均先用碘伏消毒压力性损伤创面周围的皮肤,再用生理盐水清洁压力性损伤创面,观察组采用水胶体敷料溃疡贴外敷,待敷料外观变成乳白色时更换水胶体敷料溃疡贴,对照组采用碘伏消毒液湿敷,每天换药一次。观察两组患者压力性损伤创面的愈合时间及愈合情况。结果观察组压力性损伤创面愈合时间短于对照组,治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论水胶体敷料溃疡贴治疗Ⅲ期压力性损伤效果优于碘伏消毒液,操作简便,提高了护理工作效率。 Objective To explore a simple and convenient method for caring Ⅲ period of stress injury,the treatment effect of hydrocolloid ulcer dressing and iodine in Ⅲ period of stress injury patients were compared.Methods The research discussed the clinical treatment effect on treating Ⅲ period of stress injury.112 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=60)and a control group(n=52).The treatment group was given hydrocolloid ulcer dressing,dressing once when the appearance of the dressing becoming opalescent colour.The control group was given iodophor wet compres,dressing once a day.The healing time and the wound cicatrization were observed.Results Clinical study showed that the healing time of stress injury in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the cure rate was significantly higher than that in the hydrocolloid group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of hydrocolloid ulcer dressing for Ⅲ period of stress injury is better than Iodophor,the operation method is simple and it can also raise the nursing efficiency.
