摘要
目的分析微信公众平台在妇幼健康教育中的应用情况,探索影响公众平台关注度的因素,持续改进微信公众平台的妇幼健康教育服务模式,提高健康教育效果。方法收集2016年9月-2018年2月广州妇幼保健微信公众平台用户的基本情况、关注情况、不同健康知识阅读情况。结果 18个月内该平台累积关注人数72 629人,以女性居多,地域分布明显;阅读率前3位主题依次为产褥期保健、孕产期惠民措施和新生儿保健;当日有推送图文组的新关注人数和净增关注人数均比无推送图文组高(P<0. 05);图文阅读率与新关注用户人数、净增用户人数无相关。结论微信公众平台应根据用户人群特征及其对健康讯息需求推送健康教育素材。
Objective To analyze the application of We Chat public platform in maternal and child health education,explore the influencing factors of We Chat public platform attention,continuously improve maternal and child health education service mode of We Chat public platform,and improve the effect of health education. Methods The basic situation,attention,reading status of different health knowledge of users of maternal and child health care We Chat public platform from September 2016 to February 2018 were collected. Results From September 2016 to February 2018,a total of 72 629 peoples paid attention to We Chat public platform,most of them were women,and there was significant regional distribution. The top three topics with reading rate from high to low were puerperal health care,the measures of benefaction to people during pregnancy and delivery,neaontal health care. The numbers of new atttention and net increase of attention to We Chat public platform in image-text group were statistically significantly higher than those in non-image-text group( P<0. 05). The reading rate of image-text was not correlated with the numbers of new atttention and net increase of attention to We Chat public platform.Conclusion We Chat public platform should push information of health care according to the charactgeristics of users and their demands for health message.
