摘要
介绍了城市轨道交通供电系统整流机组的电路组成和原理,阐述了24脉波整流电路中移相绕组不同连接方式的特点。针对干式牵引整流变压器工作环境谐波含量高,引起变压器温升、损耗、噪音、振动增加,通过效率、功率因数、外特性和谐波情况4个方面分析整流机组特性得出,在变压器制造过程中选好一、二次绕组容量与温升裕度是整流变压器的关键;导线规格与型式的合理设计能有效降低整流变压器的附加损耗;静电屏蔽在满足绝缘水平与绕组结构的要求前提下,最大限度的发挥屏蔽效果;从铁心材料、磁致伸缩、铁心与线圈结构尺寸、抗震与吸收等角度有效降低谐波噪声;进行三相变压器组、封母法兰出线、电缆出线、保护CT设置等系统结构设计。
The author briefly introduced the circuit composition and principle of rectifier unit in urban rail transit power supply system, and expounded the characteristics of different connection modes of phase shift winding in 24-pulse rectifier circuit. According to the high harmonic content in the working environment of dry-type traction rectifier transformer, which leads to the increase of transformer temperature rise, loss, noise and vibration, the characteristics of rectifier unit were analyzed from four aspects of efficiency, power factor, external characteristics and harmonic conditions. It was concluded that the key to the rectifier transformer is to select the capacity of primary and secondary windings and the temperature rise margin during the transformer manufacturing process. Reasonable design of conductor specification and type can effectively reduce the additional loss of rectifier transformer. Electrostatic shielding can give full play to its shielding effect on the premise of meeting the requirements of insulation level and winding structure. Harmonic noise is effectively reduced from the perspectives of core materials, magnetostriction, core and coil structure dimensions, earthquake resistance and absorption, etc. The system structure design includes three-phase transformer unit, bus flange outgoing line, cable outgoing line, protection CT setting, etc.
