摘要
为让掘进机的掘进作业实现远程自动控制,设计掘进机远程电控系统,介绍该电控系统应具体的各种功能及具体实现方法,并重点研究粘连与漏电闭锁、低压漏电保护、短路保护、过载保护、断相保护、过热保护、过压及欠压保护等一系列安全保护功能。该远程控制系统能科学、合理地控制掘进机作业,进一步提高煤矿开采的自动化、智能化水平。
In order to realize the remote automatic control of the tunneling operation of the roadheader, the remote electronic control system of the roadheader was designed. The various functions and specific implementation methods of the roadway control system were introduced. A series of safety protection functions,such as adhesion and leakage lockout. low-voltage leakage protection, short-circuit protection, overload protection, phase failure protection, overheat protection, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, were emphatically studied.The remote control system can scientifically and reasonably control the operation of roadheader,and further improve the automation and intelligence level of coal mining.
