摘要
使用溶解氢表测量主蒸汽中氢气质量浓度是监测过热器和再热器管壁高温氧化速度的有效方法,可以预警可能出现的超温或过热结垢现象。但在实际运行过程中发现,溶解氢表测量准确性较差。通过试验研究发现,水样中的溶解氧对溶解氢表测量存在明显影响。溶解氢质量浓度越小,溶解氧质量浓度越大,溶解氢表测量相对误差越大。另一方面,当溶解氢质量浓度一定时,溶解氢表实际测量值与溶解氧质量浓度存在线性关系。因此得出溶解氧可能是影响溶解氢表测量的重要因素。
It is an effective method to monitor the high temperature oxidation rate of the inner wall of superheater and reheater tubes by using dissolved hydrogen analyzer to measure dissolved hydrogen content in main steam ,which can warn the possible overheating or overheating deposit.However,it is found that in the actual operation,measurement accuracy of dissolved hydrogen analyzer is poor. The results of study show that the dissolved oxygen in water sample has obvious effect on the measurement of dissolved hydrogen. The smaller the dissolved hydrogen is,the more dissolved oxygen contains,and the greater the relative error of dissolved hydrogen analyzer makes. On the other hand,when the dissolved hydrogen content is constant,the actual value of the dissolved hydrogen analyzer has a linear relationship with the dissolved oxygen content.Therefore,dissolved oxygen may be an important factor affecting the measurement of dissolved hydrogen analyzer.
