摘要
目的:探究羟基磷灰石用于颌骨囊肿骨腔充填的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年5月-2018年5月收治的60例颌骨囊肿患者,对照组实施颌骨囊肿摘除、充填骨腔填塞物(碘仿纱条),观察组实施颌骨囊肿摘除、充填骨腔修复材料(羟基磷灰石),对比患者并发症情况(疼痛、感染、炎症、肿胀)及术后愈合情况差异。结果:观察组的和对照组的并发症情况差异不显著(P>0.05),但观察组的总体术后愈合情况较对照组更有优势(P<0.05)。结论:选取羟基磷灰石充填摘除颌骨囊肿后的骨腔,操作便捷,效果优越,具有临床实践的重要价值。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of hydroxyapatite used in bone defect after jaw cyst operation.Method:This research selected 60 patients with jaw cysts and accepted treatment in our hospital between May 2015 and May 2018,the cases in the control group of jaw cyst enucleation done and filled with bone cavity stuff material(iodoform gauze),while the cases in the observation group filled with bone cavity repair material(hydroxyapatite).Evaluated complications(pain,infection,inflammation,swelling) and degree of patient’s postoperative healing.Result:There was no significant difference in the complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the overall degree of postoperative healing in the observation group was more advantageous than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hydroxyapatite in filling the bone cavity after jaw cyst operation is easy to execute and superior in effect,has important value in clinical practice.
