摘要
目的:观察在慢性伤口愈合护理中采取湿性愈合理念的应用效果。方法:将在笔者所在医院2016年10月-2018年10月收治的134例慢性伤口患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组(67例)与试验组(67例),对照组采取常规护理干预,试验组采取湿性愈合理念护理干预。比较两组护理前后负性情绪评价,护理后患者伤口愈合有效率、伤口愈合时间、护理满意度评分。结果:护理后两组患者负性情绪评分均有所下降,且试验组SDS、SAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组伤口愈合总有效率为97.01%,对照组为76.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组,且护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在慢性伤口愈合护理中,采取湿性愈合理念护理,可明显减少患者负性情绪,提高患者伤口愈合,缩短伤口愈合时间,提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of applying the concept of wet healing in the nursing of chronic wound healing.Method:A total of 134 patients with chronic wounds were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group(67 cases) and experimental group(67 cases) according to the random number method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given moist healing nursing intervention.Negative emotional evaluation before and after nursing was compared between the two groups.The effective rate of wound healing,wound healing time and nursing satisfaction score after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:Negative emotional scores of the two groups decreased after nursing.SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective wound healing rates of the experimental group was 97.01% and the control group was 76.12%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the nursing of chronic wound healing,the concept of wet healing can significantly reduce patients’ negative emotions,improve patients’ wound healing,shorten wound healing time,and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing.
