Research on Forming Technology of GH4169 Alloy Tee with Different Diameters

摘要 针对特种管路设计的GH4169异径三通,模拟研究了液压胀形过程的金属流动规律,研究了加载路径、摩擦系数、管坯的尺寸等工艺因素对成形质量的影响,采用优化的工艺参数,解决了成形过程中管件开裂和失稳起皱等问题.结果表明:异径三通管成形过程中壁厚最小的区域分别是:支管顶端、底部圆弧顶端处、主管侧壁中心处;壁厚最大的区域分别在主管左右两端、支管拐角处、圆弧过渡处.成形过程摩擦系数越小,对异径三通管成形越有利;内压相对较大时,对异径三通管成形有利;变压加载时,对管件成形最有利. Aiming at the special pipeline design of GH4169 tee with different diameters,the metal flow law in the process of hydraulic bulging was simulated and studied.The effects of process factors such as loading path,friction coefficient and the size of tube blank on the forming quality were studied.The problems of cracking and wrinkling of the tube during the forming process were solved by optimizing process parameters.The results show that the areas with the smallest wall thickness are the top of branch pipe,the top of bottom arc,the center of main side wall,and the areas with the largest wall thickness are the left and right ends of main pipe,the corner of branch pipe and the transition of arc.The smaller the friction coefficient in the forming process is,the more advantageous it is to the forming of different diameter tee tube;the larger the internal pressure is,the more advantageous it is to the forming of different diameter tee tube;and the variable pressure loading is the most advantageous to the forming of tube parts.
