硬质合金加工磨具用CuSn-Co胎体的烧结行为和性能影响研究

摘要 采用Cu-Sn预合金粉和单质Co粉作为金刚石磨具胎体的主要成分,为了研究烧结工艺对磨具胎体性能的影响,进行了正交烧结实验,利用极差分析方法确定影响因素的敏感性,并借助SEM形貌、金相显微观察、力学性能测试等检测方法对比分析实验结果。结果表明:烧结试样密度、硬度的影响因素从大到小均为烧结温度、保温时间、保压压力;抗弯强度的排序则为保压压力>保温时间>烧结温度。烧结工艺还影响试样的内部显微组织,如孔隙率分布情况,晶粒形态、大小等。实验范围内该粉末在烧结温度800℃、保温时间120s、保压压力25MPa时综合性能最佳。 In order to study the effect of sintering process on the properties of diamond abrasives matrix,the major component of the matrix was the pre-alloyed Cu-Sn powder and single cobalt powder and the orthogonal experiments were carried out.The sensitivity of influencing factors was determined by range analysis,and inspection methods of SEM morphology,metallographic microscopy,and mechanical properties tests were adopted in the comparison of various results.The results showed that sintering temperature,holding time and holding pressure were the main factors in an descend effect order affecting the density and hardness of sintered samples,and the same order of factors affecting the bending strength were holding pressure,holding time,sintering temperature.The sintering process also affected the internal microstructures of the samples,such as porosity distribution,grain shape,and size.In the experimental condition,the best comprehensive properties was achieved when the parameters of sintering the powder were set as 800℃/120s/25MPa.
