新浇混凝土爆破振动传播规律试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为揭示新浇混凝土的爆破振动传播规律,设计了新浇混凝土试块超声波和爆破振动测试试验。试验结果表明:0~3d内,各测点峰值振速随爆破次数和龄期的增加整体上呈上升趋势,且近中区测点出现下降后再反弹回升现象;3d后,各测点峰值振速随着爆破作用次数的增加总体上减小,3~5d的减小幅度较6~8d的显著,在6~8d内,中远区测点振速随着爆破作用次数的继续增大有突然增大的过程。在前6次爆破中,K值快速增大,α值快速减小;随后随爆破次数增加K值总体上呈降低趋势,且随着爆破作用次数的增加降低幅度由大变小,而α值整体上是缓慢增加的,但随着爆破作用次数的继续增加存在有突然减小的过程。0~3d内的超声波波速随龄期和爆破次数的增加呈严格递增规律,3d后超声波变化与振速变化类似。 In order to reveal the blasting vibration propagation law of new cast concrete,the ultrasonic wave and blasting vibration test of the new concrete block were designed.Test results demonstrated that the peak particle velocity(PPV)of each measuring point in 3 days increased as a whole with the increasing of the blasting time and the age.In this period,there was a phenomenon of rebound after the fall of measuring points in the near and middle field.But after 3 days,the PPV of each measuring point decreased with the increase of blasting frequency,and the reduce amplitude was more significant in 3~5 days than in 6~8 days.And with the continuous increasing of blasting frequency,the vibration velocity of the middle and far areas had the process of sudden increase in 6~8 days.In the first six blasting,the value of K rapidly increased,andαrapidly decreased.Then,with the continuous increasing of blasting frequency,K generally decreased,and its amplitude changed from large to little.Meanwhile,αincreased slowly as a whole,while existed sudden decrease.In first 3 days,the ultrasonic wave velocity increased with the increase of the age and the number of blasting effect.But after 3 days,its change was similar to blasting vibration velocity.
