摘要
ECMO院际转运在国外已经开展得非常成熟且规范,而我国却刚开始尝试,国内相关文献仅有一些个案报道,所以本文从ECMO院际转运的形式、转运流程、转运团队的组成、转运交通工具的选择、转运设备和耗材管理以及转运过程中的不良事件等方面进行综述,以期为国内ECMO院际转运的发展提供借鉴。
Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation(ECMO) inter-hospital transportation overseas has been relatively mature and standardized, while China has just begun to try ECMO inter-hospital transportation with only some case reports for reference. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature on transport classification, transport process, team composition, transport vehicle and equipment, and adverse events for the development of ECMO inter-hospital transportation in China.
