摘要
目的分析垂体后叶素导致低钠血症的原因以及临床药师在治疗期间的作用。方法临床药师参与1例垂体后叶素治疗咯血的药物治疗,分析发生低钠血症的原因,协助医师调整药物治疗方案,监测血电解质浓度,避免不良后果发生。结果医师采纳临床药师建议,患者咯血症状好转,血钠水平恢复稳定。结论临床药师参与治疗方案的制订和调整,为患者的用药安全提供保障。
Objective To analyze the causes of persistent hyponatremia induced by pituitrin and the role of clinical pharmacists during treatment.Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the analysis of hyponatremia in the course of drug treatment of hemoptysis with pituitrin in 1 case,assisted the physician to adjust the drug treatment program,monitored the blood electrolyte concentration,and avoided adverse consequences.Results The physician adopted the advice of the clinical pharmacists,and the patient's hemoptysis improved,and blood sodium level returned to stability.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the formulation and adjustment of treatment programs can guarantee the safety of patients'medications.
