摘要
对AZ31B和AZ61A两种镁合金一定工艺下搅拌摩擦焊接接头及基体进行了中性室温静态氯化钠浸泡失重实验和动电位极化曲线测试.在该工艺参数下,AZ31B镁合金接头的热影响区和焊缝24h单位面积失重率分别较母材减少0.9444和0.4556g/m^2,而AZ61A镁合金则为0.1和-0.0666g/m^2;极化曲线测得AZ31B镁合金热影响区和焊缝以及母材的腐蚀电位分别为-1.564、-1.508、-1.519V.而AZ61A镁合金则为-1.543、-1.559、-1.553V.该搅拌摩擦焊工艺可以获得耐盐水腐蚀性能高于母材的AZ31B镁合金接头.
The corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion resistance of the friction stir welded joints and matrix of AZ31B and AZ61A magnesium alloy under a certain processwere investigated.It is found that the 24 h-unit-area weight loss of the AZ31B magnesium alloy joint can be reduced by 0.944 4 at the heat-affected zone(HAZ)and 0.455 6 g/m^2 at the weld.Meanwhilethe reduction of AZ61A magnesium alloy is 0.1 and-0.0666 g/m^2,respectively.The potentiodynamic polarization curve shows that the HAZ,weld of the AZ31B magnesium alloy and the corrosion potential of the base metal are-1.564,-1.508,and-1.519 V respectively.Meanwhile,the AZ61A magnesium alloys are-1.543,-1.559 and-1.553 V.It is concluded that the AZ31B magnesium alloy joint with higher saltwater corrosion resistance than the base material can be obtained by the friction stir welding process.
