摘要
抗血小板药物抵抗是抗血小板治疗不达标的重要原因之一,严重影响了心脑血管疾病患者的远期预后和不良事件的发生率。因此,评估抗血小板药物的临床效应,从而早期发现抗血小板药物抵抗具有重要的临床价值。现综述抗血小板药物抵抗的研究现状及监测手段,并对评价抗血小板药物反应性的重要方法——血栓弹力图的临床应用作了详细介绍。
Antiplatelet-drug resistance is one of the major reasons of unsatisfying efficacy of antiplatelet therapy, which exerts great influence on long-term prognosis of patients with cardiac-cerebral vascular disease and the incidence of adverse events. Therefore, assessing the clinical effect of antiplatelet drugs to detect antiplatelet-drug resistance early is valuable. This review summarizes the research status and inspection methods of antiplatelet-drug resistance, and further discusses the clinical application of thrombelastogram in antiplatelet-drug resistance.
