摘要
目的探究快速康复理念在老年输尿管镜联合经皮肾镜治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石中的价值。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月收治的给予常规康复理念的老年复杂性输尿管上段结石患者58例作为对照组,另选取2017年4月至2018年4月收治的给予快速康复理念的老年复杂性输尿管上段结石患者58例作为观察组。比较2组干预前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、疼痛程度及生活质量变化。结果观察组干预1个月后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念在老年输尿管镜联合经皮肾镜治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石患者中,能够显著缓解患者负性情绪,减轻疼痛,并有效提高生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the significance of rapid rehabilitation concept in treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi by senile ureteroscope combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with complicated ureteral calculi who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 by conventional rehabilitation concepts were enrolled as control group,and the other 58 elderly patients with complicated upper ureteral calculi who received the rapid rehabilitation concept in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled as observation group.The negative emotions [self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],pain levels and quality of life changes before and after the intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 1-month intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The pain levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After 1-month intervention,the physiological function,physiological responsibilty,body pain,general health condition,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation in treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi in elderly patients by ureteroscope combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of patients,relieve pain degree,and effectively improve the quality of life,therfor,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
