摘要
中国经济飞速发展,不可避免地对环境造成一定损害。由于环境影响评价制度能够有效地预测和规避可能发生的环境问题,促进环境与经济协调发展,其作用不断凸显。但是,环境影响评价制度目前依然存在部分有待解决的问题。为了有效发挥环境影响评价制度的作用,本文将围绕绿色经济视角,分析如何推进环境影响评价制度发展,希望能够给相关人士提供重要的参考。
The rapid development of China's economy inevitably causes certain damage to the environment. Since the environmental impact assessment system can effectively predict and circumvent possible environmental problems and promote the coordinated development of the environment and the economy,its role is increasingly prominent. However,there are still some problems to be solved in the environmental impact assessment system. In order to effectively play the role of environmental impact assessment system,this paper will analyze how to promote the development of environmental impact assessment system from the perspective of green economy,hoping to provide important reference for relevant people.
