摘要
自动化、智能化是现代物流发展的趋势。自动化立体仓库在物流中的应用也越来越多。自动化立体仓库是由货架、堆垛机、输送设备、通讯设备、WMS和WCS等集成的自动化系统。物流系统由运输、仓储、装卸搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等各环节所组成。结合以往项目经验,从物流系统各环节的角度讨论自动化立体仓库规划实施的价值和注意事项,以期对新的自动化立体仓库项目提供一些较好的参考意见。
Automation and intellectualization are the development trend of modern logistics.More and more Automated Storage and Retrieval System are used in logistics.Automated Storage and Retrieval System is an integrated automation system including shelf,stacker,conveying equipment,communication equipment,WMS and WCS.Logistics system consists of transportation,warehousing,handling,packaging,circulation processing,distribution,information processing and other links.Combining with the experience of past projects,we talk about the value and matters of Automated Storage and Retrieval System in it s planning and implementation proces on the perspective of every links of logistics system,in order to provide some better references for new Automated Storage and Retrieval System project.
