摘要
为揭示贵州省及各地市水资源利用与经济增长的协调关系,运用脱钩指数、Tapio脱钩模型、IGT脱钩方程模型,对贵州省及各地市2004—2017年水资源利用和经济发展之间的脱钩水平进行评价和比较分析,后选取Tapio脱钩模型,对其进行全面的评价。结果表明:贵州省的水资源利用和经济增长呈现弱脱钩—强脱钩—弱脱钩—强脱钩—弱脱钩的变化过程,总体上以弱脱钩为主,说明就贵州全省而言,经济发展和水资源消耗之间的压力仍然很大;各个地市的脱钩状态存在较大的差异,除贵阳以外,其他地市大多年份处在弱脱钩状态,安顺市、黔南州、毕节地区、六盘水市内部的差异比较明显。另外,通过比较发现Tapio脱钩模型对水资源利用与经济脱钩态势具有一定适用性。
In order to reveal the coordinative relationship between water resources utilization and economic growth in Guizhou Province and other cities, this paper evaluates, compares and analyzes the decoupling level between water resources utilization and economic development in Guizhou Province and other cities from 2004 to 2017 based on decoupling index, Tapio decoupling model and IGT decoupling equation model, then comprehensively evaluates the Tapio decoupling model. The results show that the water resource sutilization and economic growth in Guizhou Province is featured with the changing process of weak decoupling, strong decoupling, weak decoupling, strong decoupling and so on. Moreover, the weak decoupling leads the way. In respect of Guizhou Province, the pressure between economic development and water consumption is still very large. There is a big difference in the decoupling status of each city. Except for Guiyang, the other cities are in weak decoupling state in most years, and the internal differences in Anshun City, Qiannan Prefecture, Bijie City and Liupanshui City are obvious. In addition, it is found that Tapio decoupling model is applicable to the decoupling situation of water resources utilization and economic development.
