摘要
为研究大采高综采工作面上覆岩层的运动及矿压显现规律,以马兰矿18506工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟并结合现场矿压监测的方式,得出基本顶的初次来压步距及周期来压步距,并从液压支架的初撑力、工作阻力频率及循环末阻力来分析支架的适用性。结果表明:工作面基本顶的初次来压步距为35.1m,周期来压步距为11.7m,并根据工作面的矿压监测数据得知现有液压支架选型合理,能够为工作面的安全回采提供保障。
In order to study the movement of overburden rock and the occurrence law of mine pressure on fully-mechanized mining face,taking 18506 working face of malan mine as the engineering background,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and combined with the way of field monitoring of mine pressure,the primary pressure step distance and cycle pressure step distance of basic roof were obtained,the applicability of the support is analyzed from the initial support force,working resistance frequency and end circulation resistance of the hydraulic support.The results show that the initial step distance of basic roof of working face is 35.1m,and the periodic step distance of pressing face is 11.7m.According to the monitoring data of working face's mine pressure,it is known that the existing hydraulic support is reasonable and can provide guarantee for safe mining of working face.
